Focus on the bystander
Bystanders
The bystanders are the key to reducing bullying in your school. Bullies have bad behaviour and their negative behaviour is receiving good results. This bad behaviour is happening around the corner away from teachers and parents. Bullies need to do their bad actions away from people in authority. This is why we need the bystanders to speak up and allow people in authority (teachers or parents) to correct this bad behaviour. As leaders you need to be first to speak up and demonstrate to the other bystanders (students) that speaking up is the right thing to do.

The bullies will try to make you feel like you are snitching or ratting but remember what we talked about... Ratting is getting someone into trouble and telling is getting someone out of trouble. We need the leaders to tell a teacher so you can get the victim out of trouble.
